Shipping Carrier & Method:
We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage, which provides reliable delivery at affordable rates across the U.S. You can expect delivery within 10 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Local Pickup:
If you're local to Orlando, we’re happy to offer a local pickup option at no additional cost. You can select local pickup at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Please note, all pickup orders must be collected within seven (7) days of notification.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Delivery Times:
Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and may vary depending on your location and any potential shipping delays, especially during busy holiday seasons.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order directly on the USPS website.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS for further assistance.

International Shipping:
At this time, we only offer shipping within the U.S.

Return & Exchange Policy

Since our products are made in small, limited batches, we do not offer returns or refunds in most cases. However, we want you to love your purchase! If an item arrives damaged or the fit isn’t quite right, please reach out to us within seven (7) days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist with an exchange.

Damaged Items or Sizing Issues:
In the event that your item is defective, contact us within seven days of delivery, and we’ll work together to find a solution. Please note that we do not accept exchange requests after this seven-day window.

Exchanges:
We strongly recommend reviewing our sizing charts before placing an order to ensure the perfect fit. Following our care instructions will also help maintain the quality of your apparel. Exchanges are only available for unworn, unwashed items and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t been processed yet.

How do I care for my apparel?

To keep your apparel looking its best, we recommend machine washing cold, inside-out, with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry for best results.

How do I use my local pickup option?

During checkout, select the "Local Pickup" option. We’ll notify you when your order is ready, and you’ll have 7 days to collect it from our Downtown Orlando Location. Hours of Operation are Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm.
